Our Individual therapy program will help you overcome the obstacles you face. We provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential avenue where we can walk along side with you. We will explore your personal issues, teach you new life skills, and in the process, you will learn more about yourself, with constant support from a trained mental health therapist.
At Hope Matters, our individual therapy session is confidential and result-oriented. We handle a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral conditions, including anxiety, depression, anger management, phobias, addiction, PTSD, ADHD, life skills, life transitions, and many more.
This therapy is all about you! We help to inspire change and improve the quality of your life. It is designed to help you find a lasting solution to the problem or teach you healthy ways to cope with it.
Depending on your progress, we would recommend more or less individual sessions with you. However, rest assured that we are in this with you and will ensure that you return for follow up sessions so that we can monitor your progress until the problem is eliminated or under control.
Who can participate in Individual Therapy?
Our therapy is open to anyone battling any mental, emotional, and/or behavioral issues. It is available to seniors, adults, and older teenagers.
